Northern Freeze 2026
Northern Freeze 2026 is organised as a Polar Bear Pitching side event, linking the health and life science community with the wider startup and investor audience in Oulu. The event is organised by OuluHealth and BusinessOulu’s Health and Life Science team in collaboration with Polar Bear Pitching.
The event brings together health and life science companies, investors and partners to exchange ideas at the intersection of technology, entrepreneurship and healthcare. The programme features company presentations, a keynote, a panel discussion and networking ahead of Polar Bear Pitching.
Representing 6G Flagship
Olli Liinamaa, 5G Test Network Lead, 6G Flagship, University of Oulu, will join the Northern Freeze 2026. He brings the perspective of open 5G and 6G test networks and the Oulu digital health ecosystem to discussions around future health and life science innovation.
