IEEE Singapore 6G Wireless Summit

The IEEE Singapore 6G Wireless Summit meets on 31 August 2026 in Singapore. The summit runs on site.
IEEE organises the summit, which gathers the researchers, operators and vendors working on next generation wireless and its standardisation. The programme combines invited talks with panel discussion.
Mehdi Bennis speaks at the summit as an invited speaker. He heads the intelligent connectivity and networks/systems group (ICON) at the Centre for Wireless Communications, University of Oulu, where the team studies how distributed machine learning can run inside radio access networks rather than above them. That question shapes much of 6G Flagship’s work on intelligent connectivity, and it is what he brings to the Singapore programme.
More information is available on the official IEEE Singapore 6G Wireless Summit website.
