Markku Suomalainen

Markku Suomalainen is a Postdoctoral Researcher in the Perception Engineering research group working on Virtual Reality and Robotics at the University of Oulu. His main research topic is a telepresence robot to be used together with a VR headset for immersive remote telepresence.

Besides his current position, He has work experience in both industry and research, during and after studies.
