6G-VERSUS Finland Workshop: Energy Self-Sustainable Base Station

The workshop takes place on 19 March 2026 at the University of Oulu, room IT116, and online. It runs from 9.00 to 12.30 (EET). This is a 6G-VERSUS project event, organised by the project’s Finnish pilot team at the University of Oulu.
The workshop presents the 6G-VERSUS project and its Finnish pilot: an energy self-sustainable base station designed to operate off-grid for approximately one year in harsh, remote conditions. Speakers will share findings from the first year of planning and development, covering pilot architecture, simulation results, and sustainability considerations. Participants are invited to contribute feedback during the wrap-up session.
Attendance is free of charge. Registration is required via the link below.
