ESSERC 2026 – 52nd IEEE European Solid-State Electronics Research Conference

ESSERC 2026 is the 52nd edition of the IEEE European Solid-State Electronics Research Conference, the annual European forum for advances in solid-state devices and circuits. Backed by the IEEE Electron Devices, Solid-State Circuits, and Circuits and Systems societies, it gathers researchers from academia and industry working on the semiconductor technologies behind future communication, sensing and computing systems.

Three researchers from 6G Flagship at the University of Oulu present accepted papers at the conference, one each. The papers form part of the core scientific output of 6G Flagship’s research on devices and circuit technology, which develops the transceiver and antenna implementations behind future communication and sensing systems at frequencies up to 300 GHz. Research is also funded in part by Business Finland RF ECO3 project.

The conference is held on-site only.
