DESCRIPTION:The IEEE International Conference on Future and Intelligent Networking (IEEE FINE 2026) takes place on 26–28 August 2026 in Osaka\, Japan. \nIEEE FINE 2026 is a new international conference under the IEEE Communications Society\, focused on future and intelligent networking technologies. The event contributes to advancing international collaboration on next-generation networking architectures\, intelligent control\, and scalable network intelligence. \n\nRepresenting 6G Flagship\n \nMatti Latva-aho\, Vice Rector for Research at the University of Oulu\, will serve as General Co-Chair of IEEE FINE 2026. In this role\, he supports the strategic development of the conference and contributes 6G Flagship expertise to the global research community on future and intelligent networking.
